Kristin Sharp has made a career out of innovating the way we work. Prior to joining Flex, Kristin was CEO of the Education Quality Outcomes Standards (EQOS) board, a non-profit focused on certifying short-term tech and workforce programs. She also co-founded Shift: The Commission on Work, Workers, and Technology, a joint project of New America and Bloomberg Beta examining the impact of AI on work. Before that, she worked on technology, innovation, and national security policy in the U.S. Senate for committees and senators on both sides of the political aisle.
Robert Jackson is a public policy professional with a passion for building a free, open, and prosperous society. Previously, Robert was the Director of Government Affairs at the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA), where he led federal and state advocacy efforts, managed policy coalitions, and organized high-profile industry events. Before NAMA, Robert held roles at General Electric, the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, and in the U.S. Senate. Originally from the Las Vegas area, Robert is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., where he majored in Public Affairs.
Liam Goodwin built his career at the intersection of public policy, research, and strategic communications, developing campaigns that shape public opinion and inform decision-making at every level of government. Before joining Flex, Liam helped coordinate multi-state infrastructure initiatives at The Hawthorn Group and conducted message testing and opinion research for Fortune 100 companies at Golin. Originally from Orange County, New York, Liam holds a Master of Public Policy and a B.A. in Political Communication from The George Washington University. He currently serves as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in Washington, DC’s Navy Yard neighborhood.
Maggie Riendeau is a creative with a passion for politics and social advocacy. As a student in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, she studied Inter-American politics through the lenses of visual media and communication technology, sparking an interest in app-based innovation. She brings experience with policy research, media relations, event planning and organization, and advocacy campaigns.
